Since the rapeseed plants we source from are grown in Europe, we can do without imports by container ship from afar, which further minimizes our carbon footprint.
Even more, rapeseed plants also offer bees and other insects a valuable habitat through their beautiful yellow flowers. Slight waves on the surface are due to this type of wax and its natural crystallization.

Candles, Frankincense Frankincense (wierook) & Myrrh (mirre) zijn beide geuren met een rustgevend en zuiverend karakter en dragen bij aan het creëren van een extra warme, knusse sfeer tijdens de wat meer donkere herfst- en winterdagen. Onze inspiratie voor deze bijzondere kaars haalden we uit het eeuwenoude verhaal van de Wijzen uit het Oosten die in een tijd leefden waarin Goud, Wierook en Mirre de meest weldadige en kostbare cadeaus waren. Het goud komt terug in de goudkleurige houder van de kaars en geeft het geheel een extra luxe en feestelijke uitstraling. Al onze kaarsen zijn gemaakt met puur plantaardige was en de geuren samengesteld op basis van essentiële oliën. Gemiddelde brandtijd: 55 uur. Belangrijk: houd het lontje kort! Telkens voordat u de kaars aansteekt het overtollige gebrande lont er af halen met uw vingers of schaar. Zo brandt de kaars mooier en kunt u extra lang van het sfeervolle kaarslicht en de heerlijke geur genieten. Both this candle and its matching reed diffuser come with a special golden touch. This year, we are proud to feature the artwork of Basmat Levin with our BASMAT candle collection. Please continue reading below as well as in our INSPIRATION section for more information about these unique candles, of which only a few hundred were created with lots of love & dedication. BASMAT BLACK surrounds you with an opulent oriental, smoky and mystical perfume that opens with zesty bergamot and oregano, followed by the aromatic notes of amber, frankincense, myrrh and cistus. The final touch with warmth and depth is given by patchouli, agarwood smoke, cardamom, leather, sandalwood and a wonderful quality of ylang ylang. Just like our other candles, this candle is made with 100% botanical wax and has an average burning time of 55-60 hours.
